Indra

Female, born in ca 1966 in the wild.

Arrived at Burgers' Zoo on June  27, 2007

Indra came together with Rekka to Arnhem. Both were confiscated by German authorities. The owner, a circus, was not able to take care anymore for these animals, who where in bad condition.

Indra does not look very good. Much underweight, her spine to prominent, and she lost a piece of her tail. Her tail was frozen off during a very cold winter in some barn. But she can recover in Burgers' Zoo.
